Each time capsule can comfortably accommodate up to 28 persons.

Visitors are advised to visit the restrooms prior to boarding their flight. Restrooms are conveniently located on Levels 1, 2, and 3 of Singapore Flyer.

Pregnant women are allowed to experience Singapore Flyer. However, expecting mothers in the advanced stages of pregnancy are advised to have someone accompany them when boarding Singapore Flyer.

There is a total of 28 time capsules and each capsule has 4 independent air-conditioning systems to keep passengers comfortable at all times of the day.

Each rotation on Singapore Flyer takes approximately 30 minutes.

Singapore Flyer will suspend its flights when wind speeds exceed 10 meters per second.

Motion sickness or fear of heights is unlikely on the Singapore Flyer as it's designed to resist high winds. The ride is secure, and stable and provides safe viewing of the landscape.

All passengers and their hand baggage will be scanned before boarding on Level 2, which is the passengers-only level.
