Easy to book tickets. We had a great time at the park. We'd visited the previous bird park 2 years ago and loved it. The new park is even better. Very well designed; so many birds to see. The information boards was relevant and useful and there was plenty of cool rest zones.Steven

A lot of the exhibits were closed for maintenance, it would be okay maybe for 1 or 2 to be closed but it seemed more than that. It was also hard to find your way around and when you got to where you wanted there were no animals in sight. Overall just a bit disappointing.Harley

During one of the animal shows a child was given a snake to hold and then threw the snake. This was very distressing to see and I think his family should have been asked to leave the show. It was not appropriateKhaung

The whole experience has been awesome from check-in to off-boarding the flight. All the staffs are very helpful, kind and always with the smile on their face. Always have the same experience every time we fly with Singapore Airline.Joris
