What's not allowed

• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the height of 1.2m (3.94ft), under the weight of 40kg (88.18lb), and under the age of 6 years.

• Keep your camera tucked away – personal cameras and GoPro’s are prohibited from onboard the aircraft for safety and insurance reasons.

• Dress snug in warm layers; Queenstown is known to have a chilly twist in the weather.

• All children and guests weighing over 95kg are subject to Tandem Master assessment at the drop zone.

• All guests are required to complete a pre-registration form at check-in.

• Children aged 12 years and under are permitted to skydive from a maximum height of 9,000ft.

• Guests under the age of 18 years require written parental or guardian consent.

• A surcharge of NZD50 will apply if a passenger weighs 95-104.9kg, payable onsite.

• A surcharge of NZD75 will apply if a passenger weighs 105-115kgs, payable onsite.

• Facilities: lockers, free Wi-Fi, and restroom.

• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
