Skyline Luge

Outside food and drinks

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the park. Exceptions are made for baby food and medically necessary items. Food and beverages are available for purchase at on-site outlets.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the park, with the exception of registered service animals.

Service animals

Registered service animals are permitted. Please notify staff upon arrival for assistance.

Weapons

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited for the safety of all guests.

Knives

Knives and sharp objects are not allowed inside the park.

Drugs

Illegal drugs and substances are strictly prohibited within the premises.

Children under the age of 12

Children under 3 years old are not permitted on the luge or Skyride. Children aged 3 and above (minimum 85 cm in height) may ride tandem with an adult.

Children with height less than {{height}}

Children with a height less than 85 cm are not permitted to ride the luge or Skyride for safety reasons.

Children under the age of {{age}}

Children under 6 years old must ride tandem with an adult on the luge. Solo riding is only permitted for children aged 6 and above who meet the minimum height requirement.

Guests weighing more than {{weight}}

Guests weighing more than 140 kg are not permitted on the Hyfly Zipline. For the freefall jump, the maximum weight is 120 kg.

Guests weighing less than {{weight}}

Guests weighing less than 30 kg are not permitted on the Hyfly Zipline or freefall jump.

Guests with a heart condition

Guests with heart conditions are advised not to participate in the luge or zipline activities.

Guests with back and neck issues

Guests with back or neck issues should refrain from riding the luge or zipline for safety reasons.

Guests with mobility issues

Guests with mobility issues may access the Skyride, but luge carts require independent mobility to operate safely.

Guests on a wheelchair

The Skyride is wheelchair accessible, but luge carts and zipline require guests to transfer and operate independently.

Sports shoes

Sports shoes or closed-toe footwear are required for all luge and zipline activities. Sandals, flip flops, and open-toe shoes are not permitted.

Sportswear

Sportswear or comfortable, active clothing is recommended for ease of movement and safety on the tracks.

Flip flops

Flip flops and open-toe footwear are not allowed on the luge, Skyride, or zipline for safety reasons.
