Singapore Snow City Tickets

• Experience snow at Singapore’s first permanent indoor snow center. Be treated to a unique snow blizzard and enjoy playing in the snow playground like an Inuit.

• Take a snow slide from a 60m-long, three-story high slope. Try skiing on the snow slope in Snow City and immerse yourself in winter fun.

• Access Singapore's first Ice Hotel experience and admire five themed ice sculptures. Visit the Dining Room and Ice Throne for a special daycation like no other.

• Opt for the upgrade that gives you access to the thrilling 'Drift on Ice' experience, a 5-min bumper car ride on ice in a sub-zero environment.

• Fun fact: Snow City's grounds are covered with 150 tons of snow, with 10% freshly created each week.

These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

Important Information

• These tickets are applicable to both tourists and Singaporean citizens.

• For the Bumper Car ride, please keep in mind that during periods of high demand, the waiting times can go up to 45 minutes.

• You cannot take photographs from personal devices while in the Snow chamber.

• Children below 7 must always be accompanied by an adult.

• Food and beverages are prohibited inside the Snow chamber.

• Snow City advises people with medical conditions from visiting the Snow chamber, especially if those conditions could be aggravated by the experience.

• Safety is a priority so Ice Bumper Cars is restricted for guests under 0.9 meters.

• Children between 0.9 to 1.2 meters must be accompanied by a paying adult in the same car

• Each car can accommodate two passengers with a maximum combined weight of 200 kilograms.

Dress Code

• Wear long pants to keep yourself warm.

• Winter jacket and boots are provided with the admission ticket.

• It is compulsory to wear socks when using the house boots.

• Gloves and pants are available for rent at the venue. Socks are available for purchase.

• Weekend and public holidays: 10am - 6pm

• Last admission if you opt for 1 hour Snow Play is at 5pm (weekends and public holidays)

• Last admission if you opt for 2 hour Snow Play is at 4pm (weekends and public holidays)

• Weekdays: 10am - 5pm

• Last admission if you opt for 1 hour Snow Play is at 4pm (weekdays)

• Last admission if you opt for 2 hour Snow Play is at 3pm (weekdays)

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Please arrive at the attraction 15 - 30 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
