Important Information

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

  • Please refrain from bringing a stroller into the Solaniwa Onsen. Strollers can be stored in the cloakroom free of charge.

  • Live shows are available in the theme park, you can click here to know more.

  • If you have a visible tattoo, tattoo sticker, body paint, skin disease, contagious disease, pets, or are under the influence of alcohol, you will not be able to obtain admission.

  • Children under four are free to enter.

  • It is mandatory for travelers under 18 years of age to leave the venue by 11pm if they are not accompanied by an adult. Travelers under 16 must leave the venue by 7pm if they are not accompanied by an adult.
