This was one of the best experiences in Japan. I felt like I had been transported into traditional Japanese culture. The entire experience was magical and will be recommending anyone coming to Osaka to go!

I liked how the whole process was easy to follow with ticketing and each step to go through till reaching the onsens. I really enjoyed the different types of onsens that were provided and all the extra amenities and services that were offered as well. I liked the set up of everything and how nice everything was.

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Please refrain from bringing a stroller into the Solaniwa Onsen. Strollers can be stored in the cloakroom free of charge.

If you have a visible tattoo, tattoo sticker, body paint, skin disease, contagious disease, pets, or are under the influence of alcohol, you will not be able to obtain admission.

Children under four are free to enter.

It is mandatory for travelers under 18 years of age to leave the venue by 11pm if they are not accompanied by an adult. Travelers under 16 must leave the venue by 7pm if they are not accompanied by an adult.
