Meeting point was easy to find. Everything was well organized. Our guide Ilaria took us on a tour of the Uffizi Gallery. She was very goal-oriented and got to the heart of the matter. Highly recommended.
The tour through the Galleria del Accademia was guided by a very bright narrator called Monica. It was very informative and she answered our questions. Thank you very much for this unforgettable experience.

Amazing experience, a step back through time to the renaissance, the rooms and exhibits were wonderfully preserved, the castle is immense and we wandered through it and the beautiful grounds for hours exploring each area.
It was very cool imagining following the footsteps of all the famous historical people of the past who would have walked the halls, including the Medici and Pitti, and none other than Napoleon.

Difficult finding the rep in the first place as so crowded and no signs.
But once found the rep and the guide especially were just excellent.

Getting information prior to the tours was not clear. The tours themselves were well run but too little time at each venue and the lunch was scheduled too closely to our Uffizi Gallery tour. Luckily our tour guide called the restaurant and they were able to accommodate us at a later time. I would have liked to have time after the tours to see more of the venues but that was not possible. Next time I would book these tours separately.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I learnt so much about Florence. Highly recommend this tour. The queues to get in to see David were very long outside but we got in within 15 minutes.

Very informative and enjoyable. I forgot our tour guide's name. I believe that she was Danish. She had such a pleasant disposition and was ready to provide extra, interesting facts when there were delays. My wife's receiver/headset kept cutting out. Our tour guide seamlessly addressed the issue by providing a backup receiver and headset -- with out interrupting the tour. She was amazing. I highly recommend this tour.
