Purchasing tickets at museum entrances has been critical to guaranteeing access. For example, entry to the Belvedere in August is not guaranteed if you show up at the ticket office without having booked in time. So essential to purchase via online platform. Headout recommended!!!

You made it easy to get the combined ticket for the two galleries in Vienna (national gallery and the Leopold). Ironically we found it impossible to book the combined ticket on the galleries' own websites. Easy to exchange your voucher for entry to the galleries. All worked perfectly, thanks to you and the gallery staff in Vienna.

The best thing about the chocolate museum is the workshop because u can make 3 chocolate bars that u may choose the toppings yourself ofc and as well mix the chocolate flavour together so that u make a cute design . And after your done with the chocolate bars they explain to u a little about how chocolate is made . And at the end you make a special coco drink. Even though the museum is not much to visit the experience at the workshop was amazing. 💕🍫

We did the workshop and the guide was excellent at explaining the process and keep it fun for the kids. We finished with brilliant chocolate bars. The hot chocolate was fun to make but probably not as chocolatey, creamy as we'd have liked!

We absolutely loved the bus top tours! The fact there were 2 routes were really interesting and filled with amazing facts and sights! However, the boat tour that was included with the tickets (I think the company was DDRS) was not good at all. The staff were incredibly rude, didn't communicate with eachother so were telling us different things so it was impossible to get a drink. The tour was just a bit boring, not much to see and it wasn't advertised how long it was going to be so when we're stuck on a boat for over 2 hours with nothing to see, we weren't best pleased. So I'd say, absolutely book the bus top tours as they were amazing, but don't bother with the river cruise!

Great explanations in all common languages, every highlight of Vienna was visited. You could get off where you wanted and get on again. The app was also good - it would have been even better in German 😜

The trips were possible at any time as indicated and the drivers were very nice and happy to answer questions.
