Booking tickets was quick and efficient and it provided clear instructions on how to get to the attraction and where to meet our guide. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke very good and clear English.

Nice quiet morning due to some sort of staff strike meant people who did not have electronic tickets struggled to get in and we waltzed right in in. - not very well run in my opinion

The views of Lisbon from the castle made it worth the ticket. Be prepared for walking over uneven cobblestone and steps though.

I couldn't get a normal ticket, it was full?? But at the same time i could get a more expensive ticket with audio, strange. So it wasn't full Why?? I didn't want audio and didn't use it. It ssems to be a mthod to sell more expensive tickets But the castle was really beautiful.

The view of Lisbon was great from that spot. Getting tickets with my phone and skipping the line while everyone else stood in was wonderful.
