Was easy to find where to go and tickets worked straight from my phone rather than having to print them. I liked that all the different museums were included. Well worth the money

The experience is good although they should warn that it is not necessary to arrive with the exact time as it gives a space of time to enter, as Venice is always full and sometimes the schedules do not allow for the timetable.

The palace is agreat art gallery with countless extraordinary pictures from famous artists. It is a must see in Venice and skip the line tickets were useful in a busy Saturday. Too bad the app used for audioguide is really bad and most of the time we needed to scroll to find the needed guidance as the app was repeatedly resetting itself to the Start.
