Everything. My tour guide - Jimmy- was awesome! He was highly knowledgeable and supportive, even helped us to take pictures with our phones. The Statue of Liberty was a great one to behold. Headout also made it easy by providing sufficient info about preparing for the trip

Ticketing experience was easy to follow. No problems at all with that, once we got to the meeting place we were greeted and checked in, very easy process. Our tour guide, David was absolutely the best gave us so much interesting information couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative comment would be the long lines for the security check. Thank you!
