The venue was actually good, but the entrance was way to crowded. The constant yelling from the staff did not help. When you book for a certain time, you do not expect that much wait.

The building has 2 amazing views: - The view of the Empire State, it's real close and has great visibility. - The view of the Chrysler Building. I particularly love that building and was great to be able to take pictures with it in the background

Buying the tickets was smooth and easy. As for the observatories, I found the simmit very organized, but the edge lacked information for tourists, especially those of other nationalities.

The buses were plentiful & a great relief at the end of a long day. We used the service several times and finished our adventure with a sunset trip along the Hudson River back to 50th street. The pre book at Empire State Building was stress free & we got right in with little wait. Will definitely suggest this to everyone I know ... We Love NYC!!

Make sure to bring your sunglasses. The reflective materials used throughout the space create a bright environment during the day.
Please dress appropriately, due to the unique nature of the space and to avoid unwanted exposure to glass and mirrored floors. Pants, shorts, or tights are recommended as well as flat shoes.
