Mycket bekväm buss för att snabbt komma till stadens centrum, qr skannades inte men föraren sa till oss att det inte var något problem eftersom han redan hade sett biljetterna.

Vi hade ingen "upplevelse", det skulle vara en biljett från flygplatsen till en hållplats närmast vårt hotell. Det fanns ingen som kunde ge oss råd när vi kom till flygplatsen; Det fanns INGEN GUIDE; Vi fick inte veta var "bussknutpunkten" var; Vi hittade själva eftersom det var bra skyltat på flygplatsen, och fick själva leta upp bussrutten. När vi hittat rätt buss försökte vi skanna biljetterna med våra telefoner. Tyvärr är jag inte säker på att något registrerades och vi åkte i själva verket gratis. Alla instruktioner på bussen från föraren var på holländska, så vi var tvungna att lyssna mycket noga när vi närmade oss vår destination för att hitta rätt hållplats. Detta var en stressande upplevelse eftersom vi inte talar holländska och vi var nya i landet och hade precis anlänt. Det var ingen bra start och vi har ingen aning om vad vi ska göra när vi lämnar Amsterdam för att komma hem. Den övergripande upplevelsen motsvarade inte de förväntningar som ni hade på oss som resenärer, och därför måste det ses som en oacceptabel upplevelse från ert företag. Våra mobiltelefoner var mer användbara för att hjälpa oss till vår destination än något annat som ni tillhandahöll.
