Sedan jag bokade och fick bekräftelsen fungerade inte länken till QR-koden. Jag antog därför att du skulle kunna använda bokningsreferensen för att hitta bokningen. Men när jag kom fram efter en lång resa, i ett främmande land, vägrade biljettkontrollanten vid busshållplatsen att hjälpa till. Han skickade in mig till receptionen där en mycket oförskämd dam vägrade att hjälpa till och sa att mitt enda val var att köpa en ny biljett och om jag inte var nöjd skulle jag gå till flygplatsens kundtjänst och klaga! Lyckligtvis var den unga tjejen där superhjälpsam och lyckades hitta ett sätt att ta fram QR-koden från formuleringen på bokningen på japanska (hon höll med om att det fanns ett problem som hon aldrig hade sett förut) och vi kunde gå ombord på bussen. En gång ombord var allt bra.
