Min ursprungliga köpta kupong för 3 personer tur och retur till München stad skannades av föraren som sa att den inte var giltig! Det sa till och med giltigt fram till mars 2027. Jag var tvungen att köpa en annan 3-personers tur-och-retur-kupong !!! Jag skulle vilja ha en återbetalning för min ursprungliga tur- och returkupong som var bra men läste som ogiltig. På grund av en brand på S1-linjen köpte jag 2 x Lufthansa Express-biljetter i München på min mobil medan jag köade för bussen och när jag kom till bussdörren vägrade föraren att släppa på oss och uppgav att bussen var full, när den uppenbarligen inte var det och stängde dörrarna. Torsdag 10 april ca kl. 8.45 Skandalöst beteende av chauffören utan någon förklaring. Vi var tvungna att ta en taxi till en kostnad av € 105 eller missa vårt flyg
