Min upplevelse var överlag trevlig, maten var utmärkt och stämningen trevlig. Jag har dock haft mer positiva upplevelser tidigare. Serveringspersonalen var berömvärd, men de drogs hela tiden bort från sina uppgifter av cheferna. Till exempel väntade vi nästan tio minuter innan vi fick våra välkomstdrinkar. Jag såg vår servitör förbereda våra drinkar, bara för att bli avbruten av en lång kille i kostym (antar att det var chefen) som inte verkade vara den vänligaste. Denna situation var ganska orättvis mot den hårt arbetande serveringspersonalen. Det primära fokuset bör ligga på att ge uppmärksam service till kunderna, men det var utmanande för servitörerna att upprätthålla denna servicenivå när de ofta omdirigerades till andra uppgifter.

Fantastisk utsikt från både loungen där vi drack vårt te och från restaurangen där vi fick besöka efter teet. Vår värd, en filippinska, var tillsammans med övrig personal mycket uppmärksam på våra behov. Foie gras smörgåsen var den bästa av smakerna och sconesen var mycket god. Det var verkligen en upplevelse som var värd inträdespriset.
