Ricer-resan var fantastisk & besättningen superb, underbar kommentar Big Bus-turen hade mycket tid utanför rutten på grund av så många paddor som arbetade runt museiområdet och gick inte förbi Buckingham Palace på grund av vägarbeten. Vid Tower Bridge fanns det inga bussar på mer än 1/2 timme - personalen sa att alla bussar var samlade. När bussen kom var den för full för att gå på så vi väntade ytterligare 10 minuter på nästa buss. Under tiden gick massor av de andra konkurrenternas bussar förbi. Det är mycket pengar att inte tillhandahålla en regelbunden tjänst, skulle inte rekommendera Big Bus och skulle prova ett annat företag nästa gång

Damen vid busshållplatsen St Paul's Cathedral var fantastisk. Hon var den bästa delen av upplevelsen! Vi bokade på nätet, men hon var ändå otroligt hjälpsam och slängde till och med mina sopor åt mig. Och HOHO-bussar är alltid ett roligt sätt att se mycket på ett lättsamt sätt.

Att se staden ovanpå 2: a nivån var fantastisk. Ljudet matchade inte alltid upp till platserna. Bättre. Kommunikation av stopp behövs, särskilt på de senare eftermiddagskörningarna. Vi var tvungna att ta tunnelbanan för att komma tillbaka till vårt hotell eftersom bussen slutade rutten innan vi var tillbaka vid vår hållplats.
