När jag gick in i bussen var föraren mycket oförskämd och sa att min biljett på min telefon inte var tillräckligt bra och jag fick höra att jag inte kunde komma på vilket jag bara gick på eftersom jag hade biljetter, Sedan frågade jag vilket stopp Var Cyclone Tracy-museet till vilket han berättade för mig fel stopp och att gå tillbaka till rätt stopp skulle det ha tagit för lång tid och jag skulle inte ha haft tillräckligt med tid för att se det och göra det tillbaka till kryssningsfartyget. Även när jag bokade biljetten till hoho-bussen fick jag veta att det bara fanns en biljett kvar som vi var tvungna att köpa Crocoseum som jag inte var riktigt intresserad av men köpte 3 biljetter så att vi hade biljetter till bussen. Men när vi kom på bussen köpte alla en $ 24.00-biljett till bussen för dagen som jag betalade $ 79.00 vardera som jag tycker var mycket över toppen. Kanske se till att busschaufförerna är medvetna om vad som finns vid varje stopp så att de på begäran kan ge personen korrekt information. Förarna var också oförskämda mot passagerarna och sa att jag är full, du kan inte komma på och berätta för dem som kom på om det inte fanns några platser att gå av eller betala böter.

Att presentera biljetterna i appen verkade förvirra personalen. De hittade så småningom bokningen men var mycket osäkra i början. Varken bussturen med hop on hop off eller Crocosaurus Cove-upplevelsen var alltför minnesvärd.
