Det var en mycket smidig upplevelse från att köpa biljetten till att besöka Casa Batlló. Jag älskade varje rum i huset och de lättanvända resurser som finns tillgängliga för att hjälpa oss att förstå byggnadens historia, målaren och familjen som äger huset. Mitt råd är att köpa biljetten som inte bara ger audioguiden utan också surfplattan. Tyvärr var min biljett av ekonomiska skäl den enklaste, men det är värt att få tillgång till surfplattan och se huset med möblerna.

Casa Batlló

While it primarily served as the residence of the Batlló family, it also has rented housing sewn together by a magnificent entrance. Its facade, sprinkled with brilliant bits of blue, mauve, and green, perfectly fits the vibe of this unconventional building. With this ticket, you can also experience the newly opened Gaudí Cube, a room with six internal faces built with 243 square meters of custom-designed LED panels. An automatic door mechanism has been assimilated into one of the walls with such precision that it is indistinguishable when it is closed!
Casa Amatller
This house, a perfect example of Art Nouveau architecture, features four upper stories, a garden, and a ground floor that has been turned into a museum. The house was built at the end of the 19th century by Josep Cadafalch for the wealthy chocolatier and archaeological enthusiast Antoni Amatller. The structure has 3 primary elements that reflect the homeowner's passions – chocolate, vintage glassware, and photography.
