enkel tillgång till transport och museer. men jag skulle vilja nämna 2 saker: de dåliga förklaringarna för att aktivera kortet och behovet av att återaktivera det varje gång det används.

Mina problem gäller samarbetet med Artecard. Supportteamet där var hjälpsamt och tog hand om oss. Men i slutändan kunde de inte hjälpa oss ordentligt: övergången till Artecard och hanteringen och uppdateringen etc. är helt enkelt för komplicerad. Dessutom stämmer inte listan över museer överens med verkligheten. Till exempel Capella San Severo.

Den 8 JANUARI skickade jag följande e-postmeddelande, som jag inte fick något svar på: Hej, Jag köpte 2 Artecard Napoli -3 dagar från och med den 7 januari. Jag har inte kunnat validera/avsluta registreringen trots många vänliga utbyten hela morgonen den 7 januari via WhatsApp med Inna, lokal Headout-operatör i Neapel. Klockan 14.40 skrev jag i desperation till henne: "Hej igen, i flera timmar har mina försök att ansluta varit misslyckade. Vänligen mejla mig mina två validerade biljetter som jag kan använda från det jag har betalat. Tack så mycket, Walter". Klockan 15.06 sa jag till honom: "Eftersom jag inte kan validera mina biljetter vill jag påpeka att jag var tvungen att betala för två biljetter till Capodimonte och för bussarna till Neapel, som normalt ingår i 3-dagarspassen (från och med i morse)!" Klockan 15.08 svarar Inna "Hej, om jag kunde ha skickat ett e-postmeddelande skulle jag redan ha gjort det, kortet är digitalt, tyvärr finns det inget sätt att skicka ett e-postmeddelande, om du inte kan slutföra incheckningen kan du begära återbetalning, oroa dig inte, vi återbetalar det belopp som betalats." Sedan ger hon mig slutligen din e-postadress, som jag skriver till dig. Jag kommer att göra dessa utbyten tillgängliga för dig. Jag ber er att återbetala dessa två kort (på det kort som användes vid betalningen) och att informera mig om hur förfarandet fortskrider. Med vänlig hälsning Walter Grimmer Tack för ert svar.

Save time and money by purchasing the 3-day Artecard Napoli, which grants you admission to several of the city's best museums and attractions. The pass is useful for free or discounted entry to certain venues for three consecutive days. Gain free admission to the first 3 attractions from the list provided and leverage up to a 50% discount on entry from the fourth attraction onwards.

The ticket grants entry to a number of top attractions, including the Galleria Borbonica, Napoli Sotterranea, Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli, Catacombe di Napoli, Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte, Palazzo Reale di Napoli, Castel Sant'Elmo, Certosa e Museo di San Martino, Museo Pignatelli Cortes, Città della Scienza, and the Museo Nazionale Ferroviario di Pietrarsa. It's a great way to visit Naples, as it allows you to explore many of the city's top attractions without worrying about purchasing individual tickets. Public transit rides inside the city are also included, making it much simpler to explore the area.
