Headout har varit extremt övertygande att planera och boka. Helst förväntade jag mig omedelbar utfärdande men ändå över alla mina reservationer på Headout såg de till att jag fick biljetter utfärdade i god tid. De kör också bra erbjudanden. Tack så mycket Headout.

Spent ages trying to find the hub to exchange e voucher for tickets only to find didn't need too. The spoken guide was not great as couldn't hear it very well. Missed out on breakfast, would have been useful to know where to exchange voucher. Long wait over lunchtime as took lunch breaks. Good way to see sights and get around.

Overall it was good experience , only i would like to suggest , seems like passengers tourist dont know if they have to get off from bus or not , most of the people i saw did not got off to see the attraction - like no one got off when we got on spot of marina bay sands hotel , its a beautiful place to take pictures and other things.

We were a bit confused about where the stop was for our first pickup, since we didn't know about how to pair it with a bus stop number. Also, the email notification of our tickets came after our day. Luckily, I had the link to the order on the app saved.
