Det var en rolig upplevelse att åka upp med linbanan och se alla skidåkare åka skidor. Det var vackert hela vägen upp och särskilt på toppen. Vi blev yr och hade svårt att andas när vi gick av linbanan och började gå runt där uppe. Vi är i 50-årsåldern och friska och aktiva så jag blev förvånad över hur illa vi kände oss. Vi borde ha druckit vatten på väg upp som kan ha hjälpt. Med det sagt rekommenderar vi fortfarande starkt! Det var lite dyrt men jag vet att det kostar mycket att hålla jämna steg med underhållet. Vi hade en lång rad att vänta på att gå upp med alla skidåkare som försökte komma upp också ... vi kände oss som en boskapshjord som tummade vår väg längs ... när vi kom tillbaka ner fanns det inga linjer. Mitt förslag är att vänta till ungefär middagstid för att gå upp för att undvika linjer. Linjerna var också lite kaotiska ... massor av människor som försökte skjuta sig fram till framsidan utan någon ordning verkade det. Om du inte fortsatte att hålla jämna steg skulle du aldrig göra det framför linjen. De måste ha bättre organisation med linjerna när det är upptagen. Det var en upplevelse vi aldrig kommer att glömma. Det var ett bra sätt att avsluta vår 18-dagars europeiska semester! Vi älskade den lilla byn Zermatt och hoppas kunna återvända någon dag!

Make your way to the Glacier Palace, where you’ll descend 15 meters beneath the surface and explore a world of ice with handmade sculptures. Whether you're taking in the sights, enjoying the cinema lounge, or exploring the icy wonderland, your round-trip ticket gives you access to all these incredible experiences. You can also transport your bike to Trockener Steg and use the local bus service for added convenience.

Children 3 and under can’t ride the lifts between Trockener Steg and Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

The General Abonnement and Swiss Travel Pass are valid, so you don’t need a ticket.

Half-Fare card holders and kids aged 6 to 15 get a 50% discount on the shuttle.

Children with a Junior Card and those under 6 don’t need a ticket for the shuttle.

Small dogs (up to 30 cm) can travel free in pet-friendly containers. Just make sure your dog is in the container before going through the turnstile. Larger dogs need a half-price ticket for the shuttle.

Your shuttle pass is valid for 30 days, but make sure to pick a shuttle date that matches the day of your Matterhorn cable car ride to arrive on time.

Your shuttle tickets are round-trip, requiring only a single booking. The return ticket can be used within 30 days of your selected travel date.
