Dagsutflykter från Edinburgh

Weather aside (cool and rainy) this was a great day out from Edinburgh. Carys, our guide, was wonderful. She shared a lot of interesting historical information but also left us in peace to enjoy the Scottish tunes she played and the scenery (or a snooze). Tour was very well organized. Alnwick Castle is super impressive as was the town itself. Lindisfane is a charming wee village but be prepared for quite a walk if you want to go to the castle. We didn't have enough time so enjoyed the priory and a coffee in one of the cafes. I highly recommend this tour and Timberbush.

Resan var mycket välorganiserad och sevärdheterna var otroliga. Vår guide Robert gav intressant sammanhang hela tiden och var faktiskt ganska rolig. Vår förare Adam navigerade de berömda knepiga Highland-vägarna mycket säkert. En fantastisk upplevelse överallt.

It was a long ride through the scenic Scottish Highlands. I would preferred if a little bit of hiking was included, but overall I am satisfied with my trip.

Mr. Robert was very funny and knowledgeable guy. At first, he talked non-stop but turns out he is a very nice and kind guy. The tour was magnificent! Honestly, I didn't know much about Scotland, yet this experience was very enjoyable from start to finish.

Beautiful weather and a scenic destination. Our guide, Graham, was fun, informative, prompt, and took great care of us on the outing.
