Absolut hela upplevelsen var utmärkt. Piloten som ansvarade för vår flygning förklarade allt i detalj och gjorde resan riktigt trevlig. En dröm som går i uppfyllelse. Tack !!!!!!

Det var fantastiskt. Alla som är här borde inte missa det. Gör ballongfärden och du kommer att se att det är en upplevelse för livet. Teamet var fantastiskt. De var vänliga, hjälpsamma, tålmodiga, gästvänliga och mycket kunniga. De gjorde allt de kunde för att göra det till en oförglömlig upplevelse för turisterna. Priset var mycket rättvist, med tanke på den enorma organisationen bakom det, som en turist knappast märker. Jag kan bara säga, gör det så kommer ni att hålla med mig.

I would like to leave a review about the boat trip. The point with the geolocation that we received by email was wrong. We had to run to be on time, and take a tram 1 more stop. Please fix this, if a person is in Istanbul for the first time, he will not find the correct location. The location in the app was also wrong. This spoiled our impressions of the time spent.

It was good. But instructions were a bit misunderstanding. It was written to meed our guide at one spot. And when we go to this place there is noone. Instead they send us the qr codes to enter by ourselves. And they dont give instructions to just enter. So we waited at this spot. Good that at least they responded quickly enough when I contacted them by whatsapp. Although They did not respond to The emergency telephone number that was given at the ticket. So a bit messy. We still had a great time. So thank you!
