Till den som det kan beröra, Jag skriver för att formellt uttrycka mitt missnöje med en incident som inträffade på er anläggning den [13 april 2025], vilken avsevärt påverkade min familjs upplevelse. Som förälder till ett barn med diagnosen autism vill jag lyfta fram farhågor angående en av era anställdas uppförande och den brist på lyhördhet som visades under vårt besök. Före vår ankomst köpte vi e-biljetter online. När vi kom in i lokalerna var vi osäkra på den korrekta ingångspunkten för förbokade biljetter och ställde oss respektfullt i kö vid biljettdisken. En anställd (en kvinna som var stationerad vid grinden) hjälpte en annan kund vid den tidpunkten. För att undvika störningar väntade vi tålmodigt i över 10 minuter tills hennes interaktion avslutades. Under den tiden närmade sig min son grinden, medveten om att vi redan hade skaffat biljetter och ivrig att komma in. Personalen, som hade varit artig mot tidigare gäster, höjde plötsligt rösten och sa åt honom att "backa undan" från grinden. Trots att min son omedelbart följde uppmaningen genom att gå undan fortsatte hon att skrika aggressivt åt honom och krävde att han skulle flytta sig ännu längre bak. Hennes ton och uppträdande var onödigt fientligt och djupt oroande, särskilt med tanke på min sons tillstånd, som kan göra plötsliga konfrontationer överväldigande. Det som oroade mig ytterligare var den stora kontrasten i hennes beteende mot oss jämfört med andra besökare. Hennes avvisande och aggressiva attityd verkade diskriminerande, och jag uppfattade undertoner av rasistiska fördomar i hennes beteende. Den här interaktionen förödmjukade inte bara min son utan överskuggade också hela vårt besök och gjorde vår familj djupt upprörd. Som en organisation som tjänar allmänheten litar jag på att ni prioriterar inkludering, tillgänglighet och respektfull behandling av alla gäster, inklusive personer med funktionsnedsättning. SkyPoint

Guests must at all times be respectful of the privacy and amenity of the residents of the Q1 Building. Making loud noises, such as yelling or screaming is not allowed.

Entry to SkyPoint on Friday and Saturday nights after 8pm is allowed only to guests over 18 years due to the Club theme.

Dreamworld & WhiteWater World

A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available for hire on a first come first serve basis.

Reserved parking is available for guests whose vehicles display a Disability Parking Permit.

Guests with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities are recommended to visit the Park Health Facility before proceeding to attractions. The team will be happy to assist you plan the day on an individual basis and determine which attractions can be undertaken safely.

Guide, hearing, and assistance dogs are welcome in the park. Service animals are allowed in most locations throughout the park with the exception of some restricted wildlife and ride areas. Please ensure that dogs wear their working vest identifying their role.

If you are choosing the 2 or 3-day pass, you can visit each attraction on separate days within a 7-day window.

WhiteWater World is open during warmer seasons, closing on ANZAC and Christmas Day, with hours from Oct 14–Dec 13 (Fri 10:30 am–5:00 pm, Sat-Sun 10:00 am–5:00 pm) and Dec 14–Jan 30 (daily 10:00 am–5:00 pm).

Dreamworld will be closed on ANZAC and Christmas Day.

Some attractions have individual age or height requirements and are not suitable for pregnant women.

It is advisable to check the operating hours and ride maintenance schedule before your visit to avoid any potential disappointment, as rides and attractions may sometimes be closed for maintenance.

SkyPoint

SkyPoint visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis. When SkyPoint reaches capacity no further entries will be permitted.

Children aged 18 and below must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

The view from SkyPoint may be altered or restricted from time to time by adverse and changing weather conditions.
