Jag bokade online och ville betala med Pay PAL. Det kom ett felmeddelande som sa att transaktionen inte kunde slutföras. Så jag försökte igen och betalade direkt med mitt kreditkort. Det fungerade. Några minuter senare hade jag 2 bokningsbekräftelser och 4 biljetter istället för 2. Jag försökte beskriva problemet via chatten. Det var framgångsrikt. Men svaret var fantastiskt. Den felaktiga dubbelbokningen hade gjorts mindre än 72 timmar före föreställningens början, så föreställningsleverantören skulle inte annullera de överflödiga biljetterna. Headout kunde inte göra någonting för mig. Jag tycker att det är outhärdligt, eftersom headup har bokningssystemet i sina händer och inte leverantören. 124,30 betalades två gånger. Jag accepterar inte detta och kommer att vidta åtgärder mot det.
