Jag tog den här turen med mina barn och tyvärr var jag sen till bussens mötesplats, jag ringde och kunde tigga och vädja till guiden att vänta på oss i 8 minuter efter avgångstiden. Jag var mycket ursäktande och i princip i tårar när vi gick in i bussen. Jag förväntade mig att guiden var upprörd men ärligt talat hade jag aldrig förväntat mig att bli utskälld över högtalaren ... guiden lade stor vikt vid att vara i tid för att respektera alla, att hon fortsatte aggressivt i flera minuter om hur viktig aktualitet är. Jag är medveten om att min försening orsakade en störning, men sättet det hanterades på var oprofessionellt, oförskämt och ärligt talat bara förvirrande. Vissa människor är här för första gången, vi vet inte allt om området eller har kontroll över taxibilar som avbokar och inte dyker upp. Att vara strikt är en sak men att vara oförskämd och skadlig för det är bara otäckt.
