Det var fantastiskt att kunna få biljetterna på linje så snabbt. Det var en ganska enkel process och att kunna få instruktionerna på engelska var bra. Osaka slott var fantastiskt. Även om det var moderniserat och hade förvandlats till ett museum fick jag en känsla av vilken fantastisk fästning det en gång hade varit. De historiska bilderna av slottet från slutet av Edo-eran gav en inblick i hur befäst slottet hade varit. Museets konstverk och historiska dokumentation var riktigt bra och jag kunde ha stannat i timmar till och tagit del av varje utställning. Vi var dock tidsbundna, men skulle ändå inte ha missat det, eftersom så många av Edo-periodens slott förstördes av eld och inte byggdes om, vilket är synd eftersom det är en så fascinerande period i Japans historia. Enligt min mening ett absolut måste se - särskilt vackert under blomfestivalen

Att gå in i slottet och se massor av information var fantastiskt. Gick trapporna hela vägen till 7: e våningen. Fantastisk utsikt. Biljettupplevelsen var så lätt. Jag avstod en lång linje genom att köpa den online.

What's not allowed
Harukas 300 Observatory
- No food and drinks are allowed in the Observatory except on the 58th floor where there is a cafe.
Osaka Castle
- Large luggage, sharp metals, and food and drinks are not permitted in the castle. Only water is allowed on the premises.
- Flash photography is not allowed in certain areas of the castle.
Accessibility
Harukas 300 Observatory
- Wheelchairs are available on the 16th floor and are subject to availability.
Osaka Castle
- Free admission will be given to visitors with disability certificates. One companion can also be admitted for free.
- The castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, if the castle gets too crowded on a certain day, strollers will not be allowed.

Harukas 300 Observatory
- This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders.
- Present your Headout voucher at the venue for a free Godzilla sticker during the 'Godzilla Attacks' event. Limited stocks available, so hurry!
- Coin lockers are available at the Observatory, but are subject to availability.
- Entry is free for children of 3 years and below. They must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
Osaka Castle
- Guests can deposit their belongings at the entrance ticket counter at a fee of JPY100 per piece. Available from 9am to 4:30pm only (last call for pick up at 5pm).
