Bussen kom aldrig, vi stannade vid busshållplatsen i Santa Monica och väntade i över en timme och bussarna dök aldrig upp. Jag kontaktade också supportchatten men fick bara veta att chatboten inte fick min begäran, jag ringde också supportlinjen fyra gånger och kunde inte prata med någon. Jag kunde inte använda de två biljetter som vi köpte och har inte kunnat få någon återbetalning, den här tjänsten har varit inget annat än fruktansvärd och det är inte en tjänst som jag skulle rekommendera eftersom vi var tvungna att köpa biljetter från er konkurrent som tillhandahöll tjänsten som utlovat. Ärligt talat vill jag ha återbetalning av de pengar jag betalade för en tjänst som aldrig mottogs från Headout.
