1) Flera förseningar på busshållplatserna för att plockas upp; 2) Ingen WiFi i bussen, vi internationella besökare förlitar oss (för det mesta) på offentlig wifi (och på tjänster som din, ett köpcentrum, ett hotell) nuförtiden är detta en förväntad funktion. 3) de flesta säkerhetsbälten fungerade inte (bältet fastnade) 4) flera öronproppskontakter fungerar inte eller är defekta (dålig kontakt) - regelbundet underhåll skulle vara bra. Detta är dåligt speciellt när bussen är fullsatt och det inte finns plats för att byta till en annan plats med fungerande ljud. 5) På stadens landmärken skulle vi förvänta oss att föraren skulle sakta ner för att möjliggöra möjligheter för kunden att ta en bra bild (om inte gå ut ur bussen vid det specifika stoppet / landmärket) - speciellt när din reseguide (inspelning) nämner landmärket.
