Miramare is just beautiful. I have really wanted to see this castle for some years and when the opportunity came up to go to Trieste, this was on the top of my list. The HopIt Bus and Miramare ticket made it easy to get there and see the castle. My advice is that it takes an hour to get there on the HopIt Bus and you then have a 20-30 minute walk from the drop off point, so take that into consideration when booking your tour time for the castle.

Vi njöt verkligen av vår lilla rundtur i Triestre. Priset var rätt och personalen mycket trevlig. Jag har bara en kritik. Ljudet på engelska var mycket tydligt och mycket intressant. Det enda som ni verkligen måste ändra, enligt min mening, är några av de ord som används. Några av dessa är följande från minnet, men jag är säker på att det finns fler. Epoque: är inte ett ord som används på engelska, period skulle vara mer lämpligt. Spur: Kan inte komma ihåg i vilket sammanhang det användes, men det betyder ingenting. Mole cost: Jag tror att han skulle säga coast och syftade på hamnen med omnejd, men i vilket fall som helst ingenting. Svängande, med hänvisning till en svängande bro. Detta är kanske tekniskt korrekt, men om man inte är ingenjör eller växte upp på 1800-talet betyder det ingenting. Roterande bro eller något liknande skulle vara bättre. Det är ett vanligt fel som görs överallt där man reser, men jag tror att det är något som skulle förbättra upplevelsen av denna underbara stad.
