Biljettförsäljningen var mycket bra och även turen var utmärkt med de flesta människor mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma. En fråga var den 6: e 2.morgonen den första bussen av din: folket berättade för oss att bussens nedre däck inte var tillgängligt på grund av japansk lag. Så vi borde sitta på det övre taket - öppet och vi hade 4 grader Celsius temp. Plus drivande vind - vi skulle ha varit frusna. Så vi var tvungna att vägra. Konstig lag (?) och förare.

Frustrating experience with no response from the management. Customer support was very poor on this issue we had. We were in another country and to get a support from the US was very hard. They couldn't provide a number we can call in Japan, kept saying the tour was from a third party company and they don't have a number to call.
