För det mesta. Åtkomsten var uppenbar, men det fanns flera saker som var lite förvirrande. -Aktuella tider som biljetten var giltig för Gondola. Webbplatsen sa att retur Gondola-turen var giltig i tre timmar efter uppstigningen, appen sa 2 timmar. Detta gjorde att Jungfraujoch kändes stressigt och vi hann inte se alla de inkluderade attraktionerna. -Instruktionerna för att komma in i gondolen måste innehålla "gå in genom ombordstigningsfältet utan reservation". -Instruktioner för tåg från Interlaken var inte tydliga. Borde ha varit tydligare att bara gå ombord på tåget till Grindelwald och konduktören kommer att skanna biljetten.

- This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. However, it's recommended that wheelchair users opt for the Eiger Express Gondola for guaranteed accommodation.

Note: This ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent. Descent is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.
