What’s not allowed
- A digital audio guide is included and can be downloaded at the start of the tour. It features insights from the artist herself. The self-paced audio tour lasts 65 minutes, and late entry is not allowed
- Strict dress code: Cover your shoulders and knees. Shorts are not allowed.
- Keep in mind that weapons, dangerous substances, large objects, and sharp objects are not allowed in this experience. All bags and packages are required to go through security screening.
- Travel bags that exceed the dimensions of the luggage compartment, backpacks, suitcases, umbrellas, and any object considered to pose a risk to works of art will not be permitted into the venue.
- Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
- Shutterbugs, take note: photography is not permitted inside the palace. You can film only in the outdoor garden once your visit is over.
- The following are not allowed: touching art pieces, leaning on furniture, sitting on chairs, sitting on the floor, obstructing pathways, running in rooms, smoking in patios, gardens, or indoor areas, and eating or drinking anywhere on the premises.
Accessibility
- The ground and first floors are accessible. However, the gardens are not adapted for people with reduced mobility or wheelchairs.
- Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

- On Mondays, there are two free sessions at 9:15am and 9:45am. The 9:45am session is reserved exclusively for those aged over 65.
