Vi älskade absolut vår guide, han var kunnig om de ämnen han delade med oss under turnén och en av anledningarna till att jag stjärnmärktes fantastiskt, men det var inte den turné jag registrerade mig för som var tillgång till Notre Dame med en guidad tur plus valfria platser. Vad vi fick var de valfria platserna som var mycket intressanta och vi tyckte verkligen om, men sedan slutade turen med att vi stod på Notre Dame-torget utan att katedralens historia tillhandahölls. Er reklam för denna tur är vilseledande, vilket framgår av ert e-postmeddelande där ni anger namnet på turen som "Notre-Dame Cathedral & Optional Île de la Cité Guided Tour". Ni bör ändra namnet på denna tur.

Jag missförstod din beskrivning och trodde att detta inkluderade att hoppa över köerna för att komma in i Notre Dame. Vad jag är MYCKET missnöjd med var våra biljetter till Louvren. Våra biljetter hedrades inte där och det fanns en skylt som indikerade Headout, tillsammans med flera andra leverantörers biljetter hedrades inte. Vi var tvungna att köpa entrébiljetter där !!!
