I beskrivningen av loungen stod det att det fanns ett lekrum för barn, men när vi kom dit sa de inte var det fanns och när vi frågade sa de att det var stängt på grund av utbildning i första hjälpen. Vi skulle inte ha bokat loungen om vi var medvetna om detta - enda anledningen till att vi bokade var på grund av lekplatsen och för att ta ut vår 1-åriga pojke före vår flygning!

Mat Luke varm inga burkar juice i kylskåpet platsen var smutsig ser smutsiga bord och alldeles för upptagen var tvungen att köa för drycker på. Bar bara en fullständig avföring av pengar klagade till manageress som bad om ursäkt men inte tillräckligt bra
