Vi älskade faktumet att Quacker Duck är den enda som kvackar. Det är så roligt och fick oss att skratta och le så mycket. Till den som det kan beröra, Jag skriver för att formellt uttrycka mitt missnöje med en incident som inträffade på er anläggning den [13 april 2025], vilken avsevärt påverkade min familjs upplevelse. Som förälder till ett barn med diagnosen autism vill jag lyfta fram farhågor angående en av era anställdas uppförande och den brist på lyhördhet som visades under vårt besök. Före vår ankomst köpte vi e-biljetter online. När vi kom in i lokalerna var vi osäkra på den korrekta ingångspunkten för förbokade biljetter och ställde oss respektfullt i kö vid biljettdisken. En anställd (en kvinna som var stationerad vid grinden) hjälpte en annan kund vid den tidpunkten. För att undvika störningar väntade vi tålmodigt i över 10 minuter tills hennes interaktion avslutades. Under den tiden närmade sig min son grinden, medveten om att vi redan hade skaffat biljetter och ivrig att komma in. Personalen, som hade varit artig mot tidigare gäster, höjde plötsligt rösten och sa åt honom att "backa undan" från grinden. Trots att min son omedelbart följde uppmaningen genom att gå undan fortsatte hon att skrika aggressivt åt honom och krävde att han skulle flytta sig ännu längre bak. Hennes ton och uppträdande var onödigt fientligt och djupt oroande, särskilt med tanke på min sons tillstånd, som kan göra plötsliga konfrontationer överväldigande. Det som oroade mig ytterligare var den stora kontrasten i hennes beteende mot oss jämfört med andra besökare.
