Vi hade en STOR tid på både bussen och vattenkryssningen! Vi gick bara på den röda rutten och inte den blå rutten. Det var ett problem att få dem att hedra vår biljett till kryssningen. Informationen på koden var bara för bussen, men inte för kryssningen, även om kryssningen var i titeln. Efter att ha arbetat med folket från The Big Bus fick vi det rättat ut. Tydligen använder du en äldre kod. Bussresan var bra för att träffa alla höjdpunkter i staden.

The lower decks of the buses are wheelchair accessible.

Ramps are available onboard and around the boarding areas for easy access.

Mobility scooters and large wheelchairs are not allowed on the buses.

Note that the combined weight of the customer, their assistant, and their mobility aid must be under 300 kg (660 lb) for safe boarding ramp use. The wheelchair must also fit within the designated seating area.

Just a heads up, each bus can only accommodate 1 wheelchair at a time. If there is already a passenger in a wheelchair, please wait for the next one.
