Jag fick ingen bekräftelse på upphämtning så jag kontaktade Headout för att kontrollera upphämtnings- och avlämningsarrangemang. Efter att ha försäkrats om att alla arrangemang var på plats fick jag därefter ett e-postmeddelande för att meddela att hela biljetten (x2) avbokades eftersom föraren inte hade haft förvarning om vår upphämtningsplats. Jag meddelade vår upphämtningsplats via e-post till Headout den 20 januari 2025 för ett evenemang den 27 februari 2025 - så min erfarenhet är mycket dålig eftersom inga biljetter mottogs och orsakerna ser ut att vara uppgjorda i bästa fall eller som ett resultat av inkompetens ...

The theatre door opens 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrival guests are requested to attend the show after break otherwise a suitable seat will be assigned.

Please note that the silver seat can be upgraded to the gold seat, subject to seat availability.

Children under 100 cm in height can see the show free of charge, provided they share a seat with a parent.
