Just off the coast of Dubrovnik, there are islands and coves of immeasurable beauty just waiting to be explored. In this Blue Cave tour from Dubrovnik, you’ll experience the wonder of three such islands in this short day trip.
Lopud Island
You will start the tour with a boat ride to Sunj Beach, a beautiful lagoon with a shallow warm sea stretching miles from green to blue. There you can swim and relax in nearby beach bars that also offer food. Surrounded by a lush pine forest and shallow waters, this beach is perfect for outdoor water sports like ‘picigin’ (a Croatian favorite), jet skiing, kayaking, and more.
Koločep Island
Next, you will head to Kolocep Island to visit three caves hidden on the cliffside. The abrasive effect of the sea carved these astonishing caves into the island. You can enjoy the magic of the caves by swimming through them
Blue Cave
The last spot is the Blue Cave. Swimming in the Blue Cave is the best part of the tour. The cave has crystal clear water and a constant play of half-light and almost darkness. Swimming inside the cave feels like entering a forgotten piece of paradise.

- Before entering the Blue Caves, you’ll be briefed and given safety advice and help, if needed. A boat will always be moored close by and you’ll be supervised by an experienced skipper at every moment.
