Jag ville ha en gondoltur för min grupp på 4 personer med serenad i vår gondol och skrev flera gånger till Headout för att försäkra mig om det. Denna upplevelse är med grupper om 5 personer per gondol och grupp med flera gondoler. Sångaren åker i den centrala gondolen med de lyckliga människor som får åka med honom. I vårt fall placerade vår gondoljär oss sist i gruppen och man kunde knappt höra honom. Jag tog också en tur på Grand Canal som inte är så, de korsar den till andra sidan för att gå med i alla gondoler och möta varandra för att komma in genom den första gränden och de gör inte en rundtur eller förklaring av byggnaderna på Grand Canal. Det inkluderar också en virtuell 3D-upplevelse av gamla Venedig på engelska och en kort förklaring också på engelska från din guide tills du kommer till gondolen och trots att alla guider talar spanska och hälften av gruppen var spansktalande, kände han sig inte som att tala på båda språken. Jag rekommenderar det inte alls. En gondolresa dit kostar 90€ för en grupp på 5 personer.

There was nothing to love about the experience. When we arrived at the meeting point there was someone who told us the 6:30 pm ride was cancelled because of rainy weather. I called the local tour partner number to tell them and ask for a refund and their office was closed. I also tried to call the toll free number at head out and the call was answered by what sounded like a fax machine. Please refund my cancellation amount to my American Express card ending with 11002. We had to leave Venice this morning to return to America.

The stunning buildings with their facades facing the canals have each a story to tell about Venice. Your experience of Venice from the serene waters of the canal will be heightened with a serenade. Your gondola will be a part of a flotilla of gondolas where one of them will have a singer and musician on board. You can enjoy the pleasant music as you cruise along the canals watching the city pass by. You will cruise along Canal Grande and minor canals around San Marco square and Rialto. The twilight and the city’s lights create a magical time when you can imagine Venice in all its glory!
