Båten var i gott skick, ren etc och personalen hjälpsam med drycker etc men det fanns INGET engagemang med passagerarna. Vi fick ett mycket kort välkomnande och inte ett ord mer, ingenting om vart vi skulle, eller någon kommentar om hamnen och Yarra-floden, bara tystnad! Jag har inte gjort många av dessa men vid det tillfälle jag har gjort var det några kommentarer. Mvh Neal Still

Jag trodde att det skulle finnas en bar ombord - det fanns det inte (det var därför jag bokade turen) och jag trodde att de som köptes skulle vara större - jag förstår att det var en liten publik men ändå skulle det ha känts riktigt snyggt att vara på en stor båt med inte många människor
