It is good but it lacks maintenance, the pools are moldy and when I went there they were very full. However, it is very relaxing.

I thought the thermal spa was ok, I thought that the staff with the exception of the cashier desk were rude and unhelpful

Impressive Budapest institution. Multiple baths, saunas and pools inside set in beautiful buildings. Internet ticket was easy (we just walked up to the dedicated windows with no queue). Remember to bring your own swim cap (for large outdoor swimming pool only), sliders and towel.

I liked everything, except that in the pools people did not wear hats. I think it would be more hygienic to wear it as we were asked to do when we bought the ticket. Otherwise, very good. The management of the tickets and the Access and facilities very well. Greetings,
