Let's see, it is a place to visit because it is typical here, is it worth it for the price? If you come many days to Budapest and you are going to spend a whole day because you love to relax in hot water (a little dirty) then yes, if not without more inside it smelled something strange and well some other pool was scary to get in because of the color ... but it was not a bad experience.

Very friendly staff The facilities are old but well maintained We only stayed in the outdoor pool because the weather was nice. It would be nice if they could rent towels and bathrobes.

The experience was good while visiting Budapest. The outside pools and sauna inside were great. The indoor pools were not hygenic atall. The odor was terrible and there were stuff floating around in the water. Overall experience was great, besides the indoor pool.

Unlock savings with this combo ticket that grants you access to two must-visits in Budapest—Széchenyi Spa and a Danube River Cruise.

Széchenyi Spa

Your full-day entrance ticket takes you into the heart of Europe's largest medicinal bath, the Széchenyi Spa. Nestled in City Park, the complex boasts 18 pools, including both indoor and outdoor options, enriched with minerals from natural hot springs. Opt for a private cabin to change and store your belongings, offering you more privacy than the lockers. If you prefer, locker facilities are also available. Your day at the spa allows you to explore the steam rooms, saunas, and a range of therapeutic water features at your own pace. Zones to note include the main outdoor pool with its iconic neo-baroque architecture and various indoor pools with varying mineral compositions and temperatures.

Danube River Cruise

The 60 minute Danube River Cruise offers another angle to appreciate Budapest. Departing from a central dock, you’ll glide past key landmarks like the Hungarian Parliament, Buda Castle, and Chain Bridge, all beautifully lit up if you opt for an evening cruise. While snacks and drinks are not included in the ticket price, you have the option to purchase these onboard. - All boats are air-conditioned and heated, offering utmost comfort. Cameras are highly recommended as the sights from the river provide unique photo opportunities that you won't get from land.
