Sky tree- amazing and gave us a better appreciation for Tokyo as a city. Love the history timeline in the entry. QR code made access easy. teamLab- mind blowing. Beautiful artistic creation. So worth it and again so easy with QR code for ticketing. Having to do both on same day was a little hectic, (thought they were located closer) trying to figure out how to get to teamLab from sky tree. Two train trips apart and figuring that out too.Gordon

I bought TeamLab and Tokyo Skytree in a bundle, it was absolutely not clear that the places where in completely different spots and that the time booked was just for one of the events. We almost missed the second event for this reason. Also it was not clear on the website about the opening hours of the TeamLab. At the end everything went well but we were quite disappointed about the poor organization. I think it should be booked separately.

- Note: teamlabs Planet tickets are fixed for the date but you need to select time for Tokyo Skytree per the drop-down on the checkout page.

- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult
- It is recommended to wear clothes that allow you to be knee-deep in water.
- You will be advised to remove your footwear during this experience.
- Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.
- When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.
- Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.
- The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.
- Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26 cm wide, 49.5 cm deep, and 87.5 cm high.
- Tickets can only be used on the selected date. You cannot enter without a voucher.
- Guests who are prone to muscle cramps or loss of consciousness due to light stimulation, or have an extreme fear of confined, dark, or elevated spaces are advised to exercise caution when visiting.
TOKYO SKYTREE
- Visitors must pass through a baggage check and metal detector on entering the building.
- Guests suffering from heart conditions are not recommended to join this activity.
