• Due to the facility's intricate layout, pets, including guide dogs, are prohibited from entering.

Tokyo Skytree

• The Tokyo SkyTree tower is suitable for wheelchair and pram/stroller users. You can even borrow a wheelchair but this is subject to availability.

• Note: teamlabs Planet tickets are fixed for the date but you need to select time for Tokyo Skytree per the drop-down on the checkout page.

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult

• It is recommended to wear clothes that allow you to be knee-deep in water.

• You will be advised to remove your footwear during this experience.

• Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.

• When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.

• Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.

• The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.

• Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26 cm wide, 49.5 cm deep, and 87.5 cm high.

• Tickets can only be used on the selected date. You cannot enter without a voucher.

• Guests who are prone to muscle cramps or loss of consciousness due to light stimulation, or have an extreme fear of confined, dark, or elevated spaces are advised to exercise caution when visiting.

Tokyo Skytree

• Visitors must pass through a baggage check and metal detector on entering the building.

• Guests suffering from heart conditions are not recommended to join this activity.

• Service dogs are allowed.

• Please arrive at the Tokyo Skytree 15 mins before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
