It is good in general, but the service ends too early, which does not allow you to use it to return when the activities close. And a lot of time is wasted at the same bus stop to change drivers, it should be more dynamic. It happened to us all 3 days and we waited more than half an hour stopped. For the rest, very good. The bus is very good, the staff very friendly and very easy to present the ticket. And the routes were well planned.

on the first bus the audio was repetitive and not relevant to where we were passing through. we also had problems with the stops - without constantly looking at the map we were lost and missed stops (e.g. wanted to get off at Buckingham and missed it)

The drivers are very friendly and the service guys stationed at various stops were very helpful. And best of all there is wifi on the tour coach. My phone could not receive signals in London, but the the ground guy can retrieve my reservation and print out my ticket on the spot. Thank you for the tour.

Due to the event, certain stops thv Piccadilly were not operating, of course not in the control of the company, but as a person with a mobile disability this made me walk many miles in a city unknown to me, I had planned my day trip around using the hop on, hop off bus...I thus was not able to make much use of this😟

It was nice because the city itself is cool. The history of humanity has passed through here. What was annoying was the weather, which meant we couldn't go down to the sights because of the rain. Oh, and another thing: not having passed in front of the king's palace was annoying.
