I booked 7 One Way tickets from Westminster to Tower Bridge (Butler's Wharf). When I opened the tickets in the Headout App they state: "Location (Reach Here)" "Westminster Pier, Boarding point B" but then further down they state: "Boarding Point" "Board your cruise at Butler's Wharf Pier" I was panicked by this as it makes it sound like I bought the tickets going the wrong way. I telephoned your helpline who said initially I needed to board at Butler's Wharf (so the wrong way) but subsequently they said it was ok as I booked it one way so I should board at Westminter. Funnily enough when I asked the Google AI it said this is a common mistake... We really enjoyed the actual tour, but the wording on the tickets is really unclear and I had a very stressful hour trying to figure out if I'd got the wrong tickets!

Had bought tickets but hadn't downloaded App. Couldn't show staff the code / download but friendly staff didn't complicate matters and let us board. Thank you. Enjoyable boat-trip (have done twice now!) to rest legs and travel comfortably from The Tower to Westminster.

The ship and crew, very good. The commentary, very funny. But due to a problem we had to board at a different pier and could have been warned before by mail or by the app. The tour was shorter than planned.
