Ticketing experience was great, line to the ticket office was long and slow and using Headout was great, got ticket instantly! Upper Belvedere Palace is must see! Amazing collection of Austrian and neighboring contries artists, and of course beautiful Klimt's collection. It was also nice walking on grounds of the Palace.

I found this "conversation" between the fictional characters ("And what do you think, Jana...?") rather suboptimal. I would have preferred a pure, clear statement of fact ("On the left you can see the opera house, built by X in year Y..."). And WITHOUT music!View original review in German
