Great staff and even greater food! The attention to detail and that you always feel welcome and taken care of it was the best experience I've had in years.Amy

The food quality was not as expected, and service wasn't great. It took over 15 minutes for a server to come to the table after I was seated, then it was another 10 minutes before I received even table water. Larger tables who arrived and ordered after me received their items first, and they refused to bring more hot water for my teapot when I asked. Dessert items were overly sweet, and the sandwiches were dry. The scones were good.Karin

Nice sandwiches, scones and mini cakes. Much as expected. Only one cup of tea/coffee included. It was very warm in the restaurant and we ended up getting additional 1xcoffee, 1xtea and 2xspakling water for a total of £20-something. The best of it all was us skipping the hour long museum entry- que, as the afternoon tea vouchers gave access to a fast track Line. I didnt know tjat - maybe i didnot read the fine print. But that was Great! Maybe on a rainy day the venue is better.Oujian

The food portion is big, especially the scones. I see other tables take away . The restaurant should remind people that it is a shareable portion for some customers . It's quite awkward that you bring take away boxes when visiting the museum.Öznur
