Me and my boyfriend had the most amazing experience at your residence! It was quite magical i must admit, we laughed, we hugged and we kissed.

While the exhibition was amazing and a must do for any friends fan (it's amazing actually stepping into the set) I had an issue as I ordered through Headout. I selected the VIP ticket (it was the only available and the same price), but I had to prove this when showing up to the venue. Thankfully I took a screenshot as proof of the VIP, but it took three people to sort it out. This should be better sorted by Headout.

It was good seeing a live staged version with of the show. However i think a few things were missing like Ross and Phoebe's apartments. Plus some characters like Janice and Ganther. Although not main characters i think their story lines make up a percentage of the show.

Friends experience the one in London !! It's like being at the set on friends ! An absolute must for everyone who watches the show.

I liked the experience, but the ticket was expensive related to what was offer. We paied 29,5£ just for the entry and I was very disappointed that I have to pay extra 20£ for picture, which is not a fair price. Also I try to buy ticket from there and the ticket at the side was with 3,5£ expensive. I also agree that there are a lot of costs for administration, but there were a lot of people there, and we didn't have the change to do picture without other people.

Keep in mind that tripods, light stands, and reflectors are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!
Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Up at The O2

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, under the height of 1.2m, and over the weight of 21 stone/130kg/286lbs.
Maximum measurements required are a waist measurement of 125cm and a maximum upper thigh measurement of 75cm.
Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant women.
Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.
